A: Simply browse our collection on the website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Please note that all orders must be prepaid as we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

A: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase firecrackers, in compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently deliver to Chennai, Bangalore, Pondicherry, and all other locations in Tamil Nadu, except for hill stations. We only ship to areas where it is legal to possess and use firecrackers. We may require verification at the time of delivery to confirm compliance.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Once we receive full payment, orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that this is subject to product availability.
Q: What if the package I receive is damaged?
A: All our orders are carefully packaged for safe transit. If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept it from the courier and inform us immediately.

A: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Crack A Dream is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

A: Due to the hazardous nature and legal restrictions on firecrackers, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched.

A: If you receive a damaged package or find that an item is missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide an unboxing video as evidence so we can properly assess and resolve the issue.
