Due to the hazardous nature and legal restrictions on firecrackers, Crack A Dream does not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been dispatched. All sales are final. If you receive a package that is damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.

Orders are processed after receipt of full payment. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is permitted.

Shipping is available to locations where firecracker delivery is legal and permitted. Currently, we deliver to Chennai, Bangalore, Pondicherry, and all other places in Tamil Nadu except hill stations.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (customize to your timeline) after payment confirmation and are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Crack A Dream is not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

All orders are packaged to ensure maximum safety during transit. Please do not accept tampered or damaged packages from the courier and inform us immediately in such cases.
